TreeBay.in provides a mango tree rental service. When you rent a tree, you are renting the yield (mangoes) of a specific tree for one season. You do not acquire any ownership rights over the tree, the land, or the farm.

Each rental entitles you to receive the harvested mangoes from your assigned tree, delivered to your specified address during the mango season (typically April–June).

By completing a rental purchase on TreeBay.in, you enter into a seasonal rental agreement. This agreement covers one mango season and does not automatically renew.

Tree assignments are made based on availability and farm conditions. While we make every effort to assign you the best available tree, specific tree selection is at the discretion of our farm partners.

All prices listed on TreeBay.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept payments through our secure payment gateway. Pricing is subject to change between seasons, but your confirmed rental price is locked in upon payment.

Each plan specifies a guaranteed minimum yield. If your tree produces less than this minimum, we will supplement your delivery with mangoes from our reserve stock at no extra cost.

Mango production is subject to natural variables including weather, pests, and seasonal conditions. While we guarantee a minimum yield, actual production may vary. In cases of force majeure (severe weather events, natural disasters), our liability is limited to a full refund or rollover to the next season.

You agree to provide accurate personal and delivery information. Incorrect address details may result in delivery failures for which TreeBay.in cannot be held responsible.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using TreeBay.in, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

All content on TreeBay.in — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of TreeBay.in and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent.

TreeBay.in acts as a platform connecting customers with farm partners. While we ensure quality standards and guarantee minimum yields, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific rental in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We encourage users to first contact us to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.

TreeBay.in reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
