Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices.

Cancellation Before Season Starts

If you cancel your tree rental before the mango season begins (i.e., before April 1st), you are eligible for a full refund of the rental amount. Cancellations can be requested from your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Refunds for pre-season cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Tree Assignment

Once your tree has been assigned and the season has started, cancellation requests are subject to a partial refund. A deduction of up to 30% of the rental amount will apply to cover farm preparation and tree maintenance costs already incurred.

Partial refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.

Yield Shortfall Compensation

If your assigned tree produces less than the guaranteed minimum yield for your plan, we will compensate you with replacement mangoes from our reserve stock at no additional cost.

In the rare event of a complete crop failure (due to extreme weather or other natural causes), you will be offered a full refund or a free rollover of your rental to the next season — whichever you prefer.

After Harvest & Delivery

Once all deliveries for the season have been completed and received, refunds are not available as the service has been fully rendered.

However, if you received damaged or poor-quality mangoes in any delivery, please report it within 24 hours of receipt with photos. We’ll provide a replacement or account credit for the affected delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, you can:

• Log into your TreeBay dashboard and navigate to “My Rentals” → “Request Cancellation”

• Email us at info@treebay.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation

• Call us at +91 98502 66736 during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM IST, Mon–Sat)

All refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. You’ll receive confirmation via email once your refund is approved and being processed.
