Shipping Policy

TreeBay.in delivers farm-fresh mangoes across India (pan-India delivery). We currently ship to all major cities and most tier-2 and tier-3 towns via our logistics partners.

For remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery timelines may vary. If your pincode is not serviceable, we’ll notify you before your order is confirmed and work with you to find an alternative delivery address.

The Konkan mango season runs from April through June each year. Harvesting is done in batches as mangoes ripen naturally on the tree — we never use chemical ripening.

You can expect 2–3 deliveries spread across the season, timed to ensure you receive perfectly ripe, ready-to-eat mangoes each time. Exact delivery dates depend on weather and harvest conditions, and you’ll be notified in advance of each shipment.

All mangoes are handpicked, sorted, and packed at the farm within hours of harvest. We use specially designed corrugated boxes with cushioning to protect the fruit during transit.

No cold storage is used at any point — mangoes go directly from the tree to your doorstep. Each box is labeled with your tree ID, harvest date, and variety details.

We partner with premium logistics providers experienced in handling fresh produce. Once your shipment is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.

You can also track all your deliveries in real-time from your TreeBay dashboard under the “My Deliveries” section.

Once harvested and packed, mangoes are typically delivered within 2–4 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive deliveries within 2 days, while other locations may take 3–4 days.

During peak season, slight delays may occur due to high volume. We prioritize freshness over speed — if conditions aren’t ideal for shipping, we’ll hold your order briefly to ensure quality.

If your delivery arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit at no additional cost.
